Caleb and Kendra's Wedding

Last month was Caleb and Kendra Waller's wedding.  The got betrothed this spring and were married here in Israel.
Weddings are good places for family pictures.  This is the Warren family who we were living with.
In the group we're with there are five Abigail's.
And here are the three Sarah Elizabeth's in our house.
The bride waiting for her groom with her parents and sisters and sister-in-law's.
The grooms best friends.
As the groom came to get his bride they hugged for the very first time.
The wedding party.
We were seated in the balcony for the marriage feast.
So much good food.
Lot's of dancing.
A Jewish tradition is to carry the bride and groom around in a chair.  Kendra looks a little scared:)

There was a open mic for people to tell story's about Caleb and Kendra.  The boys are listening very intently:)

Visiting with the Kaspi's

On Monday we spent the day with our friends, the Kaspi's. We went to a national park and explored old caves then went to the Mediterranean and went swimming. It was a fun day for everyone except me because I was sick and felt miserable.
There were lots of cool caves. They were originally dwellings, but at some point someone turned many of them into pigeon coups. All the little triangles you can see cut out of the walls were for the pigeons.

An old olive press.

We kids from Alaska are loving the warm ocean.
There are beautiful sunsets on the Med.

Random Pictures - Part 2

Each family built a Sukkah at our house in Jerusalem. We also spent a lot of time in Psagot celebrating Sukkot with friends there.
Three seas lookout at Itamar. On a clear day you can see the Galilee , the Dead Sea, and the Meditteranean.
Watching a movie can be hard. At one point there were 33 kids the house.
Sarah loves exploring caves.
